This notice is to make the general public aware that Upperview Financial Advisors Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Category 1B investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 5 February 2014, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
