This notice is to make the general public aware that Tuffieh Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Equity Trading Fund and the Wealth Management Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 06 February 2020, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
