This notice is to make the general public aware that Trumpington Street Investments SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Recognition Certificate. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 30 August 2021, the Scheme ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
