This notice is to make the general public aware that True Value Fund Management Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. Accordingly, with effect from 28 November, 2013, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
