Trireme Pension Services (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the termination of registration of the Voyager Retirement Plan and US Voyager Retirement Plan (“the Schemes”) as Personal Retirement Schemes in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap.514.

The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 18th April 2019, the schemes are no longer registered as a Personal Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap.514.
