This notice is to make the general public aware that Tortuga Fonds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted to Tortuga Fonds SICAV plc, in relation to its two Sub-Funds, namely, Tortuga Multi Currency Bond Fund and Tortuga Equity Fund Europe (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 4 December 2023, the Scheme and its two Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
