This notice is to make the general public aware that Top Selection Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the Graal Fund and Alpha Veritas FX Fund (collectively “the Sub-Funds”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 March 2020, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
