This notice is to make the general public aware that TMS Brokers Europe Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 3 Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 April 2019, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
