This notice is to make the general public aware that TM Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Scheme a its Sub-Funds, the TM Global Equity Fund and TM Innovation Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 8 January 2018, the Scheme and the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
