This notice is to make the general public aware that The Precious Stones SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely, The Precious Stones Fund, with LEI: 485100L4R2TRFCQGYX18 and LEI: 485100P13BXJ83TPP779 respectively. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 March 2026, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
