This notice is to make the general public aware that The Nascent Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its remaining Sub-Fund, Sigma Citation Capital Strategies Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary Accordingly, with effect from 09 August 2021, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
