This notice is to make the general public aware that The Macro Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to two of its sub-funds, Reitway Global Property Portfolio and Alpha Global Stable Fund (referred to collectively as “the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 March 2019, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
