This notice is to make the general public aware that Strategica Funds SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme in relation to its Sub-Fund, namely Zattere Fund (the “Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 October 2026, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
