This notice is to make the general public aware that STA Corporate Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation of the authorisation which was issued to the Company to act as a company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such authorisation. This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 October 2021 the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
