This notice is to make the general public aware that Solid Future UCITS Funds SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme in relation to its sub-fund, namely Athena Global Cautious Portfolio (the “Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 09 July 2025, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
