This notice is to make the general public aware that Selenium SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its sub-funds the Brevian Fund, the Caspia Fund and the Freesia Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15 September 2020, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
