This notice is to make the general public aware that Sabius SICAV Limited (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the following sub-fund: “Sabius Fund”. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 30th April, 2008 the Sub-Fund has ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
