This notice is to make the general public aware that RFID Invest II SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme. This surrender is entirely voluntary. Accordingly, with effect from 27 April 2021, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
