This notice is to make the general public aware that Reitway Enhanced Global Property Fund (MLT) SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Collective Investment Scheme Licence granted to it. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 January 2026, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
