This notice is to make the general public aware that PVE Capital Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 07 January 2020, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
