This notice is to make the general public aware that Provenance SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely Luxury Brands Fund. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 4 April 2023, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
