This notice is to make the general public aware that Polaris Finance SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Harvest Alpha Capital Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 09 September 2019, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
