This notice is to make the general public aware that PMG Partners SICAV PLC (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its three remaining Sub-Funds, namely, PP Capri Fund, PP Dolomiti Fund and PP Piz Palue Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 February 2026, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
