This notice is to make the general public aware that Pilatus SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to its Sub-Fund, namely Annapurna Sub-Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 23 February 2023, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
