This notice is to make the general public aware that Phoenix Payments Limited (‘the Institution’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Institution’s request and the surrender is entirely voluntary. Accordingly, with effect from 7 February 2023, the Institution ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
