This notice is to make the general public aware that Phenom Directors Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 1a Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 3 November 2014, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
