This notice is to make the general public aware that PerSYSTEMcy SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Sub-Fund, Forex Opportunities Asset Class Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 02 June 2020, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
