This notice is to make the general public aware that Park Lane Capital SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Collective Investment Scheme Licence in relation to Park Lane Absolute Return Fund and Park lane Substranzwert Portfolio (the “Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 28 January 2021, the Scheme’s Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
