This notice is to make the general public aware that Odyssey SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Odyssey Green Planet Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) and the Scheme. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 November 2019, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
