This notice is to make the general public aware that Octet Europe Ltd (‘the Institution’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Institution’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 8 October 2021, Octet Europe Ltd ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
