This notice is to make the general public aware that Nordic Investment Funds (SICAV) Ltd (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its sub-fund, Nordic Credit Opportunities Fund (“the sub-fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 20 October 2020, the Scheme and its sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
