This notice is to make the general public aware that ML Capital Asset Management Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 2 Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 31 December 2014, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
