This notice is to make the general public aware that Minerva Capital Fund SICAV P.L.C. (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely, EU1 'A' Fund, with LEI: 213800PZTTYYWKEZ6F77 and LEI: 213800JCGO3FJD9VB732 respectively.

This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.

Accordingly, with effect from 23 May 2025, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
