This notice is to make the general public aware that Mezzanine Capital Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its remaining sub-fund, MCI Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13 August 2020, the Scheme, and its sub-fund, ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
