This notice is to make the general public aware that Med Fiduciary Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence which was issued to the Company to provide fiduciary services in terms of Article 43(12)(a) of the Trusts and Trustees Act, which do not include acting as trustee. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such license. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 27 October 2022 the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA
