This notice is to make the general public aware that Lutetia Capital Investment Advisors Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 1B Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 November 2020, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
