This notice is to make the general public aware that Lombard Select SICAV  PLC (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Funds, namely, Malta Income Fund (LEI No: 4851003PTWY5OA2REQ24), Global Select Equity Fund (LEI No: 4851000KLC5XKR4LMY09), International Income Fund and Lombard Prudential Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 September 2025, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
