This notice is to make the general public aware that as a result of a recent merger between the Hanson Sustainable Income Fund and another scheme’s sub-fund, Ledbury SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13 April 2026, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
