This notice is to make the general public aware that Lane Bridge UCITS SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Collective Investment Scheme Licence granted to it in relation to the Passive Allocator Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 12 January 2021, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
