This notice is to make the general public aware that Lane Bridge SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence and its sub-fund, the Fast Lane Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 11 March 2020, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
