This notice is to make the general public aware that Knights of Malta Investment Funds IC SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its two Sub-Funds, namely, Capgro Multi Strategy I Fund and Pangea Africa Fund of Funds. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 2 December 2025, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
