This notice is to make the general public aware that Kite SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Flexible Plan SubFund (“the Sub-Fund”) and the Scheme. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 8 January 2018, the Scheme and the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
