This notice is to make the general public aware that Kintaro Capital SICAV p.l.c (“the Scheme”) had recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Kintaro Generalized Mining Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request with effect from 12 May 2022. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
