This notice is to make the general public aware that Kinanis Fiduciaries Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to the Company to act as a mandatory in the holding of securities and/or immovable property for another person in terms of Article 43(12)(a) of the Trusts and Trustees Act, and by virtue of which the Company was also providing Company services in terms of Regulation 3(a) of the Company Service Providers (Exemption) Regulations. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 28 August 2026 the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
