This notice is to make the general public aware that Kane LPI Solutions (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) has ceased to carry on business of insurance intermediaries activities in terms of the Insurance Intermediaries Act (Cap.487) with effect from 4th January 2016. This cessation of insurance business is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
