This notice is to make the general public aware that Kane LPI Solutions (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Class 3 Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 11 September 2025, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
