This notice is to make the general public aware that J&T SICAV plc (the ”Scheme”), with LEI code: 315700O70NU25CFZTV76, requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Funds, namely, J&T Dividend Fund, with LEI code: 315700L36SU5E0AFG451 and J&T Rentier Fund, with LEI code: 315700255SLD81SKMZ37. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 08 April 2026, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
