This notice is to make the general public aware that J&T Advanced Solutions SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to J&T Advanced Equity Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 17 October 2017, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
