This notice is to make the general public aware that Invictus SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to its two Sub-Funds, namely, Sol Invictus Absolute Return Fund with LEI: 2138001R42WAANYPSL66 and Invictus Global Bond Fund with LEI: 213800SL17ODA57DD393 (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 30 March 2023, the Scheme and its two Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
