Integrated-Capabilities Ltd  (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of licence to act as an Investment Manager in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap.514 and the Retirement Pensions (Exemption) Regulation. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 January 2022, the company ceased to be licensed as an Investment Manager.
